  • Students who  enrolled with TDA will have to work hard. If the faculty feels that the student is not studying enough, or is creating indiscipline at the institute in any form, he/she may be expelled from the institute. No fee or part fee shall be refunded in such a cases.
  • It is compulsory to attach 2 recent coloured passport size photographs alongwith Admission Form duly filled. (Can download form from our Website).
  • TDA reserves the right to publish students’ Photograph and Result for advertisement purpose.
  • TDA reserves the right to use/publish students’ notes/drawings for Study booklets’ preparation.
  • TDA reserves the right to make any changes in its programs/venue/timing and days of classes without discussion with students/parents. However, the same shall be informed about to the students/parents.
  • If any student remains absent for more than two classes, without any prior written application, he/she will not be allowed to attend any classes or tests. He/she may be deemed to be expelled from the institute and no separate information will be sent to the parents. No fee or part fee shall be refunded in such a case.
  • If a student is absent or misses a class/test, he/she can collect the study booklet/question paper from the office within 7 days from the date of the class/test, failing which the institute will not be responsible for it. The student is then expected to get the study booklet/question paper photocopied from other students/friends in the class.
  • Students enrolled with TDA have to submit photocopy of Admit card of Entrance exams, failing which the students’ will not be allowed to attend the Test-series, and will not be given any Test-papers or password for logging on to Online tests.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the student/parent to buy the Application form/Brochure for Entrance exams and read the instructions carefully. TDA will not be responsible if a student somehow misses the last date of submission of Application form for any Entrance exam.
  • After depositing the Admission fee towards Crash course at TDA, and having not attended even a single class, if a student decides to withdraw for reasons whatsoever, 30% of the total course fee will be deducted and 70% will be refunded, only if the student informs the same to the institute 10 days before the commencement of the classes.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the student/parent to check whether he/she is eligible for a particular Entrance exam or not, before taking admission at TDA. After taking admission, if a student learns that he/she is not eligible for an Entrance exam and wishes to withdraw admission, TDA will not at all be responsible for the same. No fee or part fee shall be refunded in this case.
  • Cheque payment will be accepted as fee towards any program, only till 10 days before the commencement of the classes. Cash and Demand drafts will be accepted henceforth.
  • No student shall be allowed to attend classes without payment of the first instalment of the course fee.
  • Cheque payment will be not be accepted at the time of collection of study-booklets for any course program.
  • Fee once paid towards a particular program by a student is Non-Adjustable towards any other program, and Non-Transferable to any other student.
  • It is compulsory to attach a Demand Draft in favour of ‘Target Design Academy.’,Payable at New Delhi.
